I am a big fan of the Food Channel, I watch it more than any other channel, well hell, whats not to love about food. One of my favorite characters is Alton Brown, he has the most unique way of dealing with whatever subject he is espousing on.
Quite by accident I found a YouTube piece starring our good buddy Alton. It is 8 minutes long, but you only need to watch the first minute to get the idea of how funny this guy is.
